So last month saw us make a mix just in time for Valentines, so it was all about crushing hard.

But what happens if your crush doesn't quite work it?
What if it goes horribly wrong? What if you suddenly just think yr crush is rubbish and you don't know what you were thinking? What if yr crush becomes so all consuming it sends you a little crazy? What if you realise you are AWESOME and love being alone? What if one day you wake up and realise you are over your crush, just like Angela Chase?

Last month (December) we didn't have a mix. I had every intention to make a super Christmas mix, but I realised I didn't own that many Christmas songs and that my friend Holly made a much better mix (which I was meant to link from here but didn't). Plus I just didn't have time, too many bath bombs to be sold!

So just gonna sneak this mix in for January in time for the love fest of February.
this ones for anyone that had an all consuming crush, on somebody whether they were real or fictional.
I'm pretty sure the crush was 100% real!

A few weeks ago something shitty happened. some idiots mugged me. Anyway when the Police officer came round I really enjoyed retelling every detail of the incident, because I got a chufty for knowing so much. I have a photographic memory and am super observant.

these facts have always made me think I have missed my calling in life, I was destined to be a teen detective!
Sadly I am not one for several reasons, but here is a mix to make me and other wannabe teen detectives feel better.

Last month Alison informed me that Foxfire film was showing at Cornerhouse. (Foxfire is a film based on one of my favourite books Foxfire: Confessions of a Girl Gang by Joyce Carol Oates). I assumed she meant the naff looking 90s version starring Angelina Jolie that I have yet to see (I know right).
But it turned out to be one that was made last year that I knew nothing about.
Anyway we went to see it and enjoyed it very much and longed to be in a badass girl gang.
This month's mix is inspired by it!
